New Policy for 2010: all riders under the age of 18 must have a Minor Participant Waiver and Parental Waiver filled out and brought to EVERY RACE. You can save some time and print them off at home, have them filled out and bring them to sign in. Or, you can get the forms at the MMA trailer. Parental & Minor Waiver Forms – required to be filled out at every race for those under 18 years of age MinorWaiver & Parental Waiver Both need to be filled out and signed by a parent/guardian at EVERY RACE.

General Waiver form – anyone participating in any MMA activity(race or clinic) must fill out and sign at every race General Waiver
