The required materials for purchasing your 2012 MMA racing license are now available!
Please print off and fill out BOTH: Application Form and Waiver Form
Once completed, attach both forms with your payment and mail to:

Once your application has been received you will be sent a confirmation email, and shortly thereafter your membership card will be mailed back out to you.
Number preference (if the same) will be granted to the rider who held that number for that class last year. i.e.: If you had #25 in 2011 and you wanted it again, you will have #25 again for 2012.
*NEW FOR 2012: Family rates for racing licenses will be available at $225 for purchasing three or more licenses for one family, in one household. Please send all membership applications in the same envelope. i.e.: If there are four family members in your household who will be racing you can get all four memberships for a flat $225 instead of $300 when buying four individual licenses.
**One day race licenses will be available on race day for $20 per rider.
***Deadline for completing your application to retain your 2011 number is March 4, 2012.
